At The Mind Spa Workshop we understand the importance of caring for your mental, physical & emotional well-being. We aim to provide accessible workshops that cater to these needs with particular focus on anxiety, sleepless or restless nights, symptoms associated with low immunity, resilience and everyday stress.


The Facts

Some people stay healthy. Some people get sick. Medical Science is now able to tell us why some people have more illnesses, and gives us proven strategies for making us more resilient. The Mind Spa workshop presents a series of short events that will equip you with the wisdom and tactics to deal with life’s stresses and to stay healthy.
